Checking Account Balance (4/12/10) = $1281.72;

Savings Account Balance (4/12/10) = $6534.40

        Membership remains at 80

 

 

A joint event is not going to be feasible as envisioned. From the Training & Development perspective, authenticity of the food is essential. This would require a licensed kitchen, which limits the number of locations available. Of those available, alcohol would not be permitted. Both committees will pursue separate ideas.

Mark Hanson reviewed the brochure. Brenda Stone is reviewing the website. The Chamber will print brochures and bill back to LBMAA.

 

Action: The board is asked to review the updated draft and provide edits to Treva. 

Aquatic Complex Tour – a success. Thirty attended.

 

Distinguished Alumni Award – was presented to Brenda Nagel for her work with the Missouri Slope Areawide United Way.

 

Annual Calendar of Events – was emailed to all. Treva provided a few additions. Others need to be submitted.

 

 

LBMAA brochure – discussed during committee reports. 

 

Website – it was recommended that the website include a list of class rosters just listing names.
