Chamber Office - 1640 Burnt Boat Dr.

Members Present: Tami Emter, Kevin Stewart, Treva Beard, Greg Ellwein, Larry Oswald, Susie Kocourek and Paula Graner.

Members Absent: Eunice Meidinger, Jason Kirchmeier and Marilyn Johnson.

Financial Report:
Report was not given.

Membership Committee:
It was suggested that each board member send an email message to their class mates encouraging them to get their dues submitted.

Silent Auction: We should enter through the door labeled E 52. Please bring any last minute items with you and please work when scheduled.

Training & Development:
No report

Communication Committee:
No report

Social Committee:
No report

Misc.:
There have been communications with our web site host and the changes should be made soon. In addition it was communicated that the hosting fee of $250 for Nov. 2008 - Oct. 2009 would be waived. We will still need to evaluate this and determine if we will continue or switch to someone else to ensure we get updates done in a timely manner.

Paula will be emailing individuals to see what time works best for the meetings either noon or 4:00pm.

Our next meeting will be our annual meeting and social will be held Monday, January 12, 2009, at the chamber office.
