Present: Robin Thorstenson, Tim Pfaff, Susie Kocourek, Melissa Artlip, Brad Krogstad, Joel Bird

Secretary’s Report - approved (m/s Krogstad/Pfaff)

Financial Report: posted: $1987.78 in checking on 10/31/12; $7737.70 in savings on 10/31/12

Committee Reports

Membership - 55 paid members plus 15 in current class

Social & Development – working on Local Issues update for winter

Old Business

Silent Auction
- Need to continue to collect items
- Need assistance with the auction itself on December 11
- Need permit for raffle

New Business

Transition to Chamber Accounting Umbrella
- Goal is to complete the transition by Jan 1 2013
- Will have to close Gate City bank account and transfer all dollars to Chamber’s account
- All money will flow through Chamber’s accounting department
- Will need to close the PayPal account
- Will need to change the address on our dues invoice
- Susie will be in charge of mail for LBMAA
  - Need to close our mailbox
  - Need to submit a change of address

    - Printed materials
