Old Business:
- LBMAA tax consequences – Tonya (no change since April meeting – Chamber is quite busy)
  - Tonya emailed Annie at the Chamber to propose to the Chamber to allow LBMAA to fall under the Chamber hat.
  - Waiting for Chamber approval or invitation to next Chamber meeting
Marnie will be stepping off of the board and committees.
- Bylaws Article III state: “A vacancy occurring on the Board of Trustees during any term shall remain vacant until the annual meeting unless the Board directs the nominating Committee to recommend an appointee at an earlier time. At such time it shall be filled by the Board of Trustees at the recommendation of such Nominating Committee. Such successor trustee shall fill the unexpired term of his/her predecessor and shall thereafter be eligible for election to two consecutive terms under the terms of these Bylaws.”
Annual Meeting – Sept 19^th –
- Nominations for board positions – at July meeting
- Election process during meeting – Robin will have the process depending upon who is up for which positions
Tonya – ALP Training Report
- Two main themes from other groups – 1) A Youth LBM Program 2) Greater Alumni Involvement LBM Program (mentors?)
- Random notes:
  - Does our LBM curriculum follow our vision and mission?
  - We should have the selection committee review blind LBM applications due to the size of our community.
  - Pre & Post LBM surveys – each participant assesses skills/community knowledge at the beginning and end of the program (see “Best Practices” Measuring Program Impact” handout)
  - Long-term survey of LBM graduates – to measure the overall effect on the community
  - 10% discount on the Feb 5-7 Winter Conference in San Diego
