  - Survey out – Tonya has copies for everyone

  - Update LBMAA brochure?

  - Greg to email Tonya the 2012 excel sheets. – Greg
  - Can we get the 2011 information put out on the website under Board Info – Silent Auction?

Old Business:
- LBMAA tax consequences – Tonya (no change since April meeting – Chamber is quite busy)
  - Tonya emailed Annie at the Chamber to propose to the Chamber to allow LBMAA to fall under the Chamber hat.
  - Waiting for Chamber approval or invitation to next Chamber meeting
- Masterminds with Dave L. – continue the model, book, both?
  - Discuss a budget line in the financials as to the plan going forward

New Business:
- Other
  - Robin = Distinguished Alumni Award!
  - Susie – Thanks again!
  - Leadership Graduation 2012 – went wonderfully
  - Leadership Program 2013 – applications being accepted
  - Paying dues in bulk at a discount
    - I had a question today from BSC. If they paid for alumni dues for 3 years at a time, would there be a discount? They would like to pay for all of the LBMAA members from BSC for a 3 year time period. Something to think about. Susie
