- $622.72 in checking on 2/29/12; $10,734.48 in savings on 2/29/12
Old Business

Member Surveys –
- Current member survey for programming preferences has been drafted
- Survey of non-renewing alums has not been drafted
- Hoping to piggyback the two surveys to create a programming plan that will appeal to current and former members
- LBMAA Brochures – need to update photos in brochure

Silent Auction –
- One more item sold – total revenue was $1851 including the raffle
- Expenses were $784
New Business
- Brainstorming
- Patio Party Social as soon as weather gets warm
- Increase next year’s budget for education to at least $2000 to support more small cohort learning experiences like Masterminds.
- Bus tour to wind farm, other energy sites
Meeting adjourned. Next meeting is April , 2012 at noon at the Chamber. Committee members are welcome to attend.
