Financial Report: submitted by Tim Pfaff – Checking Balance as of October 31, 2011-$1,017.70. Savings Balance as of October 31, 2011-$8,640.35. Approved by a motion from Joel, second by TJ. Carried.

Budget for 2011-2012: submitted by Tim Pfaff. Approved by a motion from TJ, second by Joel. Carried.

Committee Reports:
Membership-80 paid members at this time
Social Events-The open mic/social is scheduled for November 30 at 5:00 p.m. at the Chamber. Susie will send out a reminder/rsvp.
Silent Auction-Greg sent out a list of all previous contacts and was encouraging everyone to make their calls. He also distributed a sign up for helping at this event.

Old Business
LBMAA Tax-discussion was tabled in the absence of Tonya.
• Mastermind Group – David Leingang, LBMAA member, reported that 9 alumni are participating and that they are meeting Wednesdays at NISC. Everything is going well. He would like to schedule the next sessions in January over the noon hour and will check with the Chamber on available meeting room dates. He was given the okay to put something in the newspaper.
Bank signatures-Chad has signed the signature card for the bank

New Business
Committees for 2012-Susie will e-mail committees to see if they will remain for next year. They will be invited to the January meeting.
ALP Training-2012 ANNUAL CONFERENCE will be held in Indianapolis, Indiana - June 20-21, 2012
Meeting adjourned next meeting will be December 12 at noon at the Chamber
