Committee Reports –
- Membership – Joel Bird, Greg Ellwein, Chad Bjornson
  - Graduate Survey for Long Term Results - Tonya emailed out to the group. Membership committee to work on survey to use to gather information on how LBM has played a role in the lives of graduates and on the community as a whole.
    - Dot could send out using Survey Monkey.
- Social Events/Training & Development – Brad Krogstad, Tonya Schlaht, Tami Emter, TJ Rooney
  - Upcoming Events:
    - September 19^th 4pm to 7pm at Chamber
      - LBMAA Board Meeting, LBMAA Annual Meeting, LBM Opening Day Social/BBQ
    - December 11^th 5pm to 8pm at Civic Center
      - Chamber Holiday Mixer and LBMAA Silent Auction
      - Start discussing after September Annual Meeting
    - Jan/Feb (estimate) –
      - Winter event (possible Local Issues Panel or Healthcare Panel)
- Communications & Public Relations – Wes Engbrecht, Nancy Willis, new person?
  - New person for committee
  - Update LBMAA brochure – update from the committee
  - Website – anything from recent meetings to add to the site?
- Silent Auction/Fundraising – Tonya
  - Will start the process right after the Annual Meeting
Old Business:
- LBMAA tax consequences – Tonya (no change since April meeting – Chamber is quite busy)
  - Tonya emailed Annie at the Chamber to propose to the Chamber to allow LBMAA to fall under the Chamber hat.
  - Waiting for Chamber approval or invitation to next Chamber meeting – Tonya requested sample documents from Annie at the Chamber to have for September meeting to sign/have members vote
Annual Meeting – Sept 19^th –
- Nominations for board positions
  - Melissa Artlip of Medcenter One Occupational Therapy will be the student representative
- Election process during meeting – Robin will have the process depending upon who is up for which positions
  - Ballot voting needed as we have the following candidates:
    - Kevin Johnson - Advanced Business Methods
    - Mary Klecker - Green-Basin Electric Power Cooperative
    - Louie Weigel - National Information Solutions Cooperative
    - Brad Krogstad - Kadrmas, Lee & Jackson
    - Gloria David - City of Bismarck
    - Tammy Langerud - Odney
    - Emily McKay - Bismarck State College

New Business:
- Other - Renew domain name that will expire on 9/18/12.
  - 2 years $30.34
  - 3 years $45.51
  - 5 years $75.85
