Secretary’s Report – Robin/Marnie – approve meeting minutes from both January and February
Treasurer’s Report – Tim
Committee Reports –
- Membership – Joel Bird, Greg Ellwein, Chad Bjornson
  - Survey prior graduates who are not currently members as to why they are not members
- Social Events/Training & Development – Brad Krogstad, Tonya Schlaht, Tami Emter, new volunteer?
  - Once membership survey goes out, survey current members on 2012 events/trainings. Similar to prior survey from years past done through Chamber. (Paula emailed)
  - Tami to draft using items that come through from non-member survey and get opinions from the group – health care panel, new tour, housing needs, other?
- Communications & Public Relations – Wes Engbrecht, Marnie Piehl, Nancy Willis
  - Update LBMAA brochure
  - New pictures to brochure
- Silent Auction/Fundraising – Greg
  - Greg to email Tonya the 2012 excel sheets.

Old Business:
- LBMAA tax consequences – Tonya (no change since last meeting)
  - Tonya emailed Annie at the Chamber to propose to the Chamber to allow LBMAA to fall under the Chamber hat.
  - Waiting for Chamber approval or invitation to next Chamber meeting
- Automatic Membership Renewal – for payment – Tim
  - Have members set up an auto bill pay in their bank account system? LBMAA and PayPal could set up an automatic withdrawal?
    - Would need member authority to auto-ACH
    - Hold off to see if we fall under Chamber, then possible option
    - For now, LMBAA members can set up an auto bill pay with his or her bank/credit card company to take care of the automatic check writing.
- Masterminds with Dave L. – continue the model, book, both?
  - Discuss a budget line in the financials as to the plan going forward
