Old Business:
- LBMAA tax consequences – Tonya
  - Not registered with Sec of State
  - Not a nonprofit in the eyes of ND or IRS
  - Should be filing an 1120 each year unless we can fall under the Chamber hat (Susie)?
    - Per email from Susie on 11/16 we can fall under the Chamber.
    - Chamber must add in our numbers as of their year end.
  - Tonya emailed Kelvin to fall under Chamber hat – haven’t heard back but per Susie we can. We can finalize at a later meeting.
    - Need a resolution in our meeting minutes and to update the bylaws once we fall under the Chamber.
    - Anything to change with processes or bank accounts?

New Business:
- Automatic Membership Renewal – for payment – Tim
  - Have members set up an auto bill pay in their bank account system?
  - LBMAA and PayPal could set up an automatic withdrawal?
- Committee Brainstorming Session
  - Things we liked from the past
  - New and fresh ideas
